Chosen Solution
When I go into mail app, screens are continuously flashing. This is only happening in Mail App and started suddenly yesterday. I have to force quit Mail and can’t use it. please help!
I would strongly recommend you make a backup of your drive ASAP! You should visit an Apple Store to see if they can fix this under warranty before you do anything your self. I’m suspecting you have a bad flash drive as you appear to have some sort of data corruption which I would have expected with an older spinning drive not a solid state drive your system has.
