The camera app opens fine and works well at 1x zoom, but the telephoto 2x mode cannot be accessed when I press 1x, no matter what I try to do on the software…. Also, the flash doesn’t work, as well as the flash light. Any ideas on what I can do, or what might be wrong?
The x1 and x2 are two separate cameras, perhaps the x2 unit is faulty. You would need a complete new camera unit as you cant just replace one of the cameras. The flash is attached to the volume buttons, mute switch and power button. If they are working then its just the flash which is faulty and the flex will need replacing. I hope this helps.
