I have a Marantz NR 1504. It turns on well, but no sound in the output. I am a basic analogue geek. But this one is digital and i cannot trace faults. I am an IT engineer and i have the basic skills. Do you have a repair manual for this marantz receiver?

It has all the information that hopefully will help you to find the cause of the problem On p.81 there is a troubleshooting flowchart for the audio section of the receiver. Hopefully this is of some help.
