I have a Maytag Bravos 655D washer. It is plugged in. There is power. All the washer does is click. It will not light up nor will it start. I live in a rural area where service is extremely limited. Help shed some light on my problem.
First try a reset by unplugging it for 5 minutes. If it still clicks afterwards please tell us when it is clicking and if you are getting any error codes. UPDATE Some of these washers have had a problem with the door not locking. In most cases, the problem has been with the lid lock bezel not being positioned properly on the raised mounting surface. Usually pulling it forward or possibly to either side until it is centered over the mounting surface will correct this problem.
