Hello, My Macbook Pro 2012 was kept away turned off for like 3-4 months, and now it wont turn on at all. The cooler fan wont even rotate, the battery is charging though, the charging cable shows green first then orange light. i have tried disconecting battery and pressing power button for 5 seconds, also tried pressing command+option+r+p+power.
Let the system charge for the night. Did the MagSafe LED get to Green? If not I think your battery is gone and you’ll need to get a fresh one.
