Chosen Solution
Hi there! As you can tell from the title, I have a a1425 MBP that encountered minimal water damage. A few drops went into my keyboard and then a few seconds later, my LCD screen went out. I still have video on the LCD and it works perfectly if I use the HDMI to my TV. I have already replaced the P fuse on the logic board and I am looking for the next troubleshooting step. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Also, i’m comfortable with micro-soldering! :)
The LED driver chip will need to be replaced.
