My Mac book pro early 2015, Suddenly hang with no visible reason and I’m getting the following report. What is the reason ? any help? Current Version 10.14.4 last time it was connect to Magsafe, suddenly the cursor changed as the system busy and restarted. I tried Diagnoses by pressing D, and got ADP000 No issues found. The two error conditions: 14=page fault, registers …Root disk errors: “Could not recover SATA HDD after 5 attempts. Terminating.” The errors are telling me your system is a bit undersized for what you are trying to run with only 8 GB of RAM and a small 128 GB SSD. What happens your system leverages the drive as Virtual RAM (V-RAM) which is running into trouble as it can’t allocate free space on your drive. Think of it like a glass you are filling and you keep filling it beyond what it can hold spilling over. Unlike our example we need every bit of what you are filling the glass with as soon as we loose some we get into trouble! You have a few issues here: Your drive is too full! Maybe its time to get a bigger drive.Your drive is likely worn to the point it will need replacement soon which will require a new drive. Check out OWC as well as Transcend for a compatible SSD Get a large enough drive so you keep 1/3 to 1/4 free so your system has some space for V-RAM, paging, and depending on your app caching & scratch space.
