Hello, any help appreciated! Two months ago MPB was having issues charging, MPB charging icon would read “Battery is Not Charging”. When turned off or asleep, it would charge. Tried SMC reset, after a day got better and has been fine for a month. Now, the same issue is happening again. I have the correct Apple 61W USB-C Power Adapter for my computer, and I have a USB-C Charge Cable for use with an Apple USB-C Power Adapter up to 100W. I bought a new USB-C Charge Cable also for use with an Apple USB-C Power Adapter up to 100W, but it has the same issues of not charging the computer when it is awake. CoconutBattery readings are attached below—battery health is still good but charges with around 2-4 Watts, very low. Power Adapter reads Connected, should this read charging…? I have tried the SMC reset again, and the NVRAM reset for the first time, in that order. Still the same issue… What steps do you recommend? Thank you! You’ll need to get a USB-C power meter to monitor the chargers output as well as the systems accepting the power. Here’s one: Satechi USB-C Power Meter Tester. You also should install this as well to see what your battery & chargers status CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see Adding images to an existing question
