l@sfregozo1 you’ll have to disassemble your tablet and take a look at what components if any are affected by that. It is possible that you have a shortcircuit on the board. I am certain, since it even melted the case that you should see the damage on the board. Use these guides to work on your tablet. Since you did not tell us what model your tablet is we can not provide with detailed instructions. Once you have it disassembled, take plenty of picture of your board and the damage and post those with your question. Use this guide to do so and it will allow us to see what you see.
