The temps dont seem accurate as they are the the only ones that are that high and the computer is not warm at all. The fans run at full speed and the computer is running very slow. Computer has no water damage. Also the computer will not go to sleep when the lid is closed. All I’ve done to the computer is replace the hard drive and upgraded the memory. I did that about a year ago and it caused no problems. This just started happening a few weeks ago. I’ve tried reseating the ram. I’ve tried resetting the smc and that didnt work either.
Your logic board needs some repairs. The SMC sensors are inputing incorrect values which is causing the SMC to go into safe mode. Safe Mode is when the CPU’s clock is dropped to a slower clock rate so eat CPU doesn’t overheat. This is beyond a DIY project as you’ll need to read schematics and test voltages to locate the fault.
I would ask Louis Rossmann for a quote… He dealt with a similar issue on the 2017 MBP successfully.
