how do i fix this to get past this screen to use my computer? i have no disc player
Deanna, it looks like you have a problem with your operating system. You may have to run a recovery copy of the operating system on a flash drive. Windows does have a “Windows Media Tool” that will help you get a copy of windows on the flash drive, but if you don’t know what you’re doing it may be best to find someone that does.
