messaging, voice to text will not work on old messages, only new ones. it blinks like to voice recognition is coming up but then goes back to text only.
Mine did rhe same so i force closed the Google keybord disabled it and then enabled it then clear all the apps then try it out this worked for me hope itbworks for you to
I literally just tried doing this with my Idol 4 in landscape mode instead of upright and it works! Try it :) I’ve been waiting for an answer FOREVER like all of you and I just stumbled onto this workaround.
LG Treasure voice to text is turned on but no microphone appears and so cannot use voice to text in messaging. However, voice to Ask Google is functioning
I replaced my text message with one called Signal. No voice to text problems with it.
So I had the very same issue and I’m actually using text to Speech to answer this question. Now, what I did, I realised my language was unsupported so the supported keyboard from the settings and that did the trick. Hope this helps.
