looking for help. 2nd paper on his way in front from tray to drum and cartredge1st paper jam after properly developed and have to pulled out. This happening continuously.
Typically the pinch rollers need cleaning, dirt, ink, and possible paper dust will collect on the rollers and stick to your paper, try cleaning all the rollers first.
