I replace my lighting connector assembly last night. the phone is working order besides the mic. it still works but it sounds like I am standing really far away from the phone talking to it. any idea on what I did wrong to make this happened? what I can do to fix the issue? where the location of the mic on the hardware of the lightning connector assembly? edit: any help would be appreciated
The mic is located at the bottom near where you screw in the pentalobe screws but on the inside. Looking at your issue it seems like either the mic is cut or your replacement dock flex is faulty and you need to replace it again. Cheers!
