An end customer came to me with a problem. -When the end customer used facetime the other person can’t hear her. Indicating that the mic doesn’t work. When she calls normally, she can be heard. -When the end customer wants to record a video, she only hears a noise. With part do I need to replace, please provide link to the part. I have searched the awnser a few times, but not really the part I need to replace. Thank you

You need to replace the whole volumeflex, because the upper mic is attached to this (next to the headjack).

Hi there yes you need the headphone jack ,silent volume flex as the mic is attached to that flex cable
