I have a weird problem with my note 5. My kid accidentally plugged faulty 3.5 jack in my note 5, and now no microphone is working (1st mic and 2nd mic), even the one on the earpiece. The only mic working now is the blue tooth headset. please help.
Thank you for your reply. I mean microphone … the speaker is working fine, actually every thing in the phone is working fine except all microphones even external ones(head phone) The 3.5 jack did not break inside .. it was a faulty jack that was connected to the car stereo and I guess it has sent an amount of voltage to my phone through this jack.
