Chosen Solution
Checking on this site, I ensured the lid is shut tight and latched correctly. I recently change the catch bag, HEPA filter, and other filters. Now, when the motorized floor attachment is on, the beater brush rotates but blows air rather than sucks; however, when I take off the motorized attachment and attach the standard vacuum piece instead, the vacuum doesn’t even turn on. Nothing happens when pushing the power switch. Ideas? TIA
This usually indicates a clog somewhere in the system. I would tear it down as much as possible and clean it.
