Chosen Solution
Mine is charging, but not past 1%! It says it’s charging but it won’t change the percentage. I cleaned out the charging port, connected it to my computer, and now I’m combing the internet for answers. The only improvement has been from using a big power adapter, plugging it in, then powering it off. Help??
I would say a bad battery, ifixit I think sells some. Good luck, HDHcomputers
