Mobile Network Not Available Huawei P8 Lite

every time I put my sim card im my Huawei P8 Lite…i only be able to call within few minutes i switch it ON, and keep on telling me “mobile network not availabe”, i cant call nor recieve texts but i can use the internet connection within that card..what could be the problem?
