Model 9612T-Lm has hairline fractures to the screen and will not respond to any touch. It will power on and off if power button used but no response to any screen touches
@scully123 this will require a new touchscreen. Parts are not easily available and manuals are pretty much non existent. It will be up to you to be the pathfinder for that repair. I’d use these Magellan GPS Repair as a model for how to go about it. Once you start working on it create a guide for the rest of us https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/new
