I recently bought a TedGem mouse and it worked for a month and now it doesn’t move the cursor but can click and scroll. I’ve tried deleting the HID-Compliant mouse from the device manager but it didn’t work.
@chilledlava had you press other buttons to test on the dpi? Is it still under warranty? If so, send in for replacement. not sure if your light sensor is using infrared or LED if LED check if there are lights. sometimes the camera / sensor could be faulty.
