I opened my Surface Laptop Go after dinner and the screen blinked 2-3 times and then was filled with multi colored snow. Reminded me of the fuzz on a 1980s era color tv when you turned on broadcast TV waiting for Saturday morning cartoons to start at 5:30 a.m.It resolved after a moment, came back twice, and then a third time on the bottom half of the screen (top was white.)Any idea WtH caused this?The machine is 9 months old, running Windows 10.
The fact that the bottom half of the screen was different suggests to me that you have a hardware problem with the LCD screen. I hope that you got this device returned under warranty as it is likely defective in a way which is not easily fixed.
