Chosen Solution
Hello! Year ago i bought Huawei P8 Lite. About 6 months later i cracked my screen and then the problems started. First of all - i cant call with this phone, becasue i hear only cracking and the other side too. Earpiece seems to be dead or something along with microphone. In 1 of 10 calls everything works normal, but its too annoying. When i record video, the sound is just crackling, when i hear music through headphones, its crackling too. I think its because i had my phone in my pocket and i hit it accidentally with chair. Do you know what can it be? Also, since this is happening i can see yellow spots under cracks on screen. Second problem is, that the phone turns itself off almost every 5 minutes … sometimes it turns itself on even while turning on ! This is very annoying too. And the last problem i have is that i cant turn on my phone while it is in charger. When i unplug it, i can turn it on but when it is in charger i simply cant. Thanks for every help!
