Hi, my mute silent switch is malfunctioning at times. it works sometimes and sometimes when it is in mute the phone gets back to ringer. I wanted to know what parts will i need to replace? Only the mute button or the entire flex cable as the volume , power and home button all work fine and i didnt want to change a part to later know that the problem is still not fixed. On the 4s it’s the volume mute and headphone flex The power flex is completely different.. Sounds like you volume mute and headphone flex is faulty I would start with replacing that
