Chosen Solution
Replaced the screen on the 6s Plus and now the mute switch isn’t working. Both of the other volume buttons are working though. I’m sure it had been working earlier, can’t guarantee. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.
Give the switch a clean with a tooth brush, they are prone to getting crapped up. Changing a screen should not affect the mute switch.
