hi, new here, i had this 3ds for a good 3 years, haven’t played with it for about 2 months now and i just got a new charger and a new game (digital code) i but it on the charger but theres no lights and when i press the on button nothing shows up. i looked at the charger port and it was bent slightly so pushed it back into place. still nothing, any help?
Hi Mia! Perhaps the charger is faulty or the battery. Are you able to test with another battery and charger? Is the new charger original (Nintendo) or a 3rd party one?
