Chosen Solution
Hello Everyone, I have a weird issue with my phone 6 plus, it register the touch ID just fine but when it comes to read or unlock the iPhone with finger print it just doesn’t scan anything! it doesn’t fail either just not scanning… What is causing it and what is the solution? can someone PLEASE help me out? Thanks a lot and cheers!
Don’t have much ideas other than try to restore the iPhone and try it again but backup via iTunes before restoring the iPhone if you need to.
