While watching Youtube, my Panasonic television goes back to home screen and i have a difficult time selecting various YouTube videos, the remote will not respond to the up/down button.
Try to search for reset in the software. Hope that fixes it. I am assuming your TV has HDMI port. Just get yourself a chromecast or fire TV stick. Software inside TV is usually very old and normally not updated. Even if they are updated they are filled with so much tracking and privacy invasive.
