Hi,my 7 plus suddenly dead when i charge it while im sleep. Screen doesnt do anything and the taptic engine doesnt even work. When i wake up in the morning, i try to turn it on and connect it to the lightning cable but it wont turn on(dead) and it get hot on the back. I already try to hard restart and it doesnt do anything. Assuming after the battery dies, i try to connect it again to lightning cable & computer and it doesnt do anything too. Then i went to service, and they said that my hard drive is broken. Is this true? I really need the all of the files. Please help.
Service as in apple or mobile repair shop? It’s usually either one of the following: Charging Chip (Not likely as it’s heating up in the back instead)Bad PMIC (Phone heats up at back)Liquid damage (Always a possibility) Try another repair shop if you did try one before. Always better to get the phone inspected at more than one shop.
