Chosen Solution
When I push the power button, I see the fans start for a very brief moment, then stop. After which, a few seconds pass and it repeats the same thing again and again!! So I tried changing ram sticks and also the power supply.
Hmm. It looks like there might be a problem with the motherboard. If you’re experienced with fixing those things you might try having a look at the board with a thermal camera, particularly the power supply sections to see if there’s anything getting warm?
