Hi, My Apple Watch is not switching on even after 2 hours of charging. When connected to the charger, it shows a green charging sign but it goes red as soon as it’s off the charger. Any thoughts? thanks!
The first thing you should do to try and fix this issue is to press and hold the side button on your watch to see if the Apple Watch turns back on. If it doesn’t, you can try a hard restart by pressing both the side button and digital crown for 10 seconds. Regards, Will
