I have no boot options or anything. I’ve tried everything except buying a bootable usb flash drive.. What is going on here?
Brittany Fields possibly a failing boot device. Not sure if you are using a HDD or SSD etc. and let us know if your BIOS is “seeing” a bootable device (failed Boot device can cause this). If it does not, try a bootable CD/DVD or USB drive (set the BIOS boot order to the device you are going to use) and see if that gets found. You can add a picture of your BIOS screen with your QUESTION so we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
