I have Samsung Galaxy S6, and problem with battery, it drains to fast. My second battery is original Samsung battery, but I still have a problem. I fully charge it, it works for several minutes and then it turns off, and also have ads popping up whenever I turn on Wi-fi or data. Could it be malware or I just need to throw my phone in trash?
Hi! Since ads keep popping up on your phone when connected to data, it’s definitely malware. You could try doing a hard reset of your phone (this will reset the phone to the factory settings and basically remove everything on it - so make sure your stuff is backed up).
