Chosen Solution
My battery on my laptop says its always charging but then you click the icon and it says ‘Battery not charging,’ then it takes me a good 10 minutes to make it start charging. Is it my power supply or my laptop?

I am using the original Apple chargers and have disconnected everything. :/
Are you using the original Apple charger and USB-C cable? Start with them and make sure you’ve disconnected everything else. Did that work?
