Biometricks doesn’t work at all, no fingerprint, face Id, password nothing everytime I try it to register a password it takes me back to settings it’s a Huwaei model VOG L 29
I would recommend backing up your data to keep safe and then fully reset/factory reset your phone, this should help you with the issue if not you may need to update your software. I hope this helps,
