@kevinpound you need to give us more information. you need to let us know what exact model your TV is, what you have checked, what the lines look like and if they are vertical or horizontal lines. Vertical Lines across the screen can be caused by a bad T-con board as well as numerous other things . horizontal lines are never caused by a bad T-con board and are most commonly a bad Gate Driver issue which would make it a panel problem.
