My Bose is not working in both ears, a “short". Do you have way to fix this, plus tools? Thank you so much
Not special tools needed, just some pliers or a wire cutter and some insulating tape. Plus a replacement jack and chords would be convenient. Cut out the shorted part, redo the connection with the good wire and you should be good.
