My Calculator Won T Charge And I Replaced Battery Still Won T Charge Ti 84 Plus Ce

My calculator won’t charge and I’ve replaced the battery and I’ve used the usb cable the calculator comes with to try and charge it. Still nothing. What do I do to fix this?

Check that the battery is in good condition and that it’s making proper connection to the board. The only other thing I would suggest is open it up, inspect the charging port, if all looks good try using another cable if not either try to replace the port if it’s faulty or return the item.
