My Canon SX700 HS keeps saying “Lens Error camera will restart automatically” I’ve seen this is a common issue but most people have said their lens is stuck closed whereas mine is stuck open, how do I fix it?
livve14 yes both situations can give you the error, no matter is stuck open or closed. Try the things listed on here. repair parts for these lenses is generally unavailable so you may be looking at replacing the complete lens
