Every time I tried to open the shutter on the camera it didn’t open. Any suggestions help!
Hello Joseph, If the shutter on the camera won’t open then you might need to try a fresh pair of ‘AA’ batteries or you’re hitting the wrong button (please refer to our trouble shooting guide). If the problems are still consistent then please update us. Sincerely, Richard
