Every time I tried to open the shutter on the camera it didn’t open. Any suggestions help!
Hello Joseph, If the shutter on the camera won’t open then you might need to try a fresh pair of ‘AA’ batteries or you’re hitting the wrong button (please refer to our trouble shooting guide). If the problems are still consistent then please update us. Sincerely, Bo
My camera is new and I didn’t even touch if for 6 months . Now I opened it to test it and the shutter wont roll !! Helpp
Does anyone have a solution for this? Mine fell as well. Mi purchased a new one off offer up and that one doesn’t work either. The one I purchased will jot turn in at all, the one I dropped turns on, ot at least makes a noise like it is on but won’t take photos.
