My Charger Doesn T Work Because I May Have Dropped It Iphone 6 Plus

So uhm- i accidently dropped my phone- and then i checked it if ot had like serious damages which it didn’t. Then when i kept my phone on charge after a while it just shut off. And sometimes when it shuts off, it automatically switches back on. And when i restart the device, it shows me either 100% or 1%. When i charge it for maybe like a second, it shows me my actual battery percentage. HELP MEEEEEEEEEE

sounds like a cable has come lose from the drop?

either way youre going to have to open the phone up from what it sounds like.
