Chosen Solution
So I have had this problem for the past 20 weeks and i took it to a tech person in my school and it worked fine but a week or two after i get the same problem. The problem is this the charger port got loose and got stuck and now i cant take it out. ~Diego
open the laptop then fix it with some glue
