Hello. I am having a hard time with my JBL flip 4 speaker where the charger won’t go all the way into the charging port. It seems to enter to about ¾’s of the way in before stopping When try wiggling it it seems loose. Everything is plugged in and the wire seems to be working fine with my headphones Can anyone help? I’d hate to see my $180 speaker go to waste. Thank you!
Hi @barackaflocka , Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the charge port enclosure for any obstructions or perhaps damaged connector pins. If the port appears to be OK or even if you can’t tell, here’s a link to the ifixit JBL Flip 4 USB Port Replacement guide which should be of some help in accessing the USB port to check if it is connected securely or if you have to replace it
