Chosen Solution
Hello (sorry if theres any grammar/typo in this thing) I have a 1380x738 monitor / 13.5inch L-D Monitor (ye idk) one day i was just watching some nice youtube vid and suddently, white bars appear on my screen, i was like “wat?” and press the on/off button on the monitor, after that it display a white screen, i turned off my computer by unplug the machine then plug it back in, instead of a black screen with a “no signal” text appears, it just a white screen (i checked, its not because of the graphics card cuz i dont even have one, not because something wrong with the pc either, i can still hear the windows start up sound effect, while booting, the screen keep changing from white to black and then aqua and yellow, sounds funny but lel) its okay if it unfixable, but i just wanna know why suddently it just broke, while no one do anything to it Update (09/04/2019)

Sounds like the screen panel went bad. Does it go away / back to normal after you leave it on for a while?
