My kindle fire would not open my books last night so I decided to close and restart it. Half way through the shut down process it froze then went blank. Now it will not open up at all. The battery was showing 100% charged whern this happened. Can you help me?
Try a soft reset of your Fire. Hold the power switch “ON” for 20 seconds before releasing it. Turn the Fire on after a couple of minutes, after the reset completes.
