Hi my dishwasher stopped heating water, i tried many programs (those which use 70 C water and tried stopping the program mid washing putting my hand into it and it definitely isnt heating the water. I noticed this because on my dishes started to stay oil films and it wont clean it with cold water. I tried to find any guide, tips what to look at because its my first problem with dishwasher and i dont wanna call service man right away if its something i can fix on my own. I cleaned every single filter inside the dishwasher, run it with self cleaning program while empty (twice- once before cleaning filters and second time after whole inside was cleaned). didnt help. I tried to remove front pannel to see if there isnt any burned marks on the “motherboard like units sry idk how to call these) but in the front there were only units for the program buttons and the on/off/stop buttons, (and also glass shine solution dispenser (sry again dont know how to call these) So i detached it from the water flipped it on side to acces the bottom pannel. opened the bottom plastic cover and now im staring at it not knowing what to check :D I looked carefully at every wire connection, if there isnt any water leaks or debrie or if there isnt any “electrical burn marks” from some wire shortage. didnt find any of these everything looks nice and clean, idk which of the units is the heating unit to check it more upclose. Does anyone have any tips or should i just call the service to come to look at it? Also dishwasher is slightly above 2 yrs of usage (its warrancy already expired sadly) was put at flat wooden board in kitchen and its leveled idc what else to say to help you with possible solutions, i will be glad for any tips to try before i will call the repairman to repair it

@korenus it is possible that your dishwasher has a failed heating element. Take a good look at it and inspect the element for any corrosion, blistering, or cracks. Next, test the resistance across the heating element with a multimeter. Check something like this video on how to do that. Since your DW is a bit off an oddity manuals etc. are not available. If you have a tech sheet post a copy of that with your QUESTION. Also, for in depth help etc. we would need to see what you see. Again , post some good pictures with your QUESTION so we can see what you see. Working on a DW is actually pretty safe for as long as you always disconnect it before working on it and discharge any capacitor prior to touching any of the electrical contacts/parts by the contacts. Sadly, this is a majior red flag that its time for a new machine! The dishwasher not heating the water correctly is a sign of the heating element failing. This heats up the water and fails quite easily in newer Chinese-made appliances. I’m sorry to hear this happen but unless you are willing for a Technician to take apart your dishwasher and replace that tricky to replace component that’s the only way! On the iFixit forums, we pride ourselves in giving users the courage and tools to fix their devices themselves! But this is a bit too dangerous for my liking and there is a risk of death/electric shock while doing so.
