What does the image on an external display look like? If its clean then you’ll need a new display assembly, if the external is also messed up your logic board has a problem. Either way this is an expensive repair! Sadly, I suspect you banged the black clutch cover area which pressed against the cable and the T-CON board damaging it which would be the cause of needing a new display assembly. Here’s a view of the connections just behind the cover:
Its one of the two fatter cables that you damaged.
