Blank screen , the authorized service center guys telling that I need to change the display
so “center” people are basically trained to get you to replace whole components lol are you technically able to open the laptop and inspect the cables and what not? see if anything has come lose or maybe torn? is the screen completely blank or is it just dim? if its black, then you may need a new screen but if u can open it your self to look at the ribbons and cables. thats your best bet.
Have they fixed the short screen cable on 2019 models? The older ones had an issue where the screen flex was too short and would give up after a while. You could try barely opening the screen to see if the picture comes back.
