Chosen Solution
So one day I left my 2DS closed in a Garadge for probably a month now maybe. It has 0 scratches and everything looks fine. But when turned on it looks like the DS is coming inside out. Basically it has 4 white lines connecting, 3 in the bottom, one at the top, and as I said they look as if they are connecting. They have giant circles at the tips of them surrounded with a sort of rainbow thing, like a wire or something, and the lines had like a smudge look, and the rest was just black. It has sound and you can move the screen but you cant go into a game, it just puts you back if you press an app on it. It has the blue light as well.. Is this fixable and if so, how?
Sounds like your lcd is cracked, follow the guide to replace it.
